Shaun personally inspects each print before it is shipped out to ensure quality. Prints come signed, borderless, unmatted, and unframed. Carbon offsets are bought for shipping emissions. About this print: Shaun captured this in 2023 on his third trip to one of the most remote coastlines in Hawai’i. This is a very special place to Shaun, a place inaccessible to the public, and his favorite place in the Hawaiian islands. It’s a place where many of the few people that live here do their best to live off the land, hunting pigs, goats, and deer, fishing, and growing fruits and vegetables. Brilliant sunsets give way to the milky way every night. Waterfalls fill the valleys and streams flow swiftly below. It’s the way Hawai’i was and should be, one of the great places on this planet. Shaun will donate 5% of the proceeds from this print to ‘Āina Momona, a Native Hawaiian led organization that is dedicated to sustainability, food security, and social justice on the islands.
